Kitchen Table Mediation

Kitchen Table Mediation is a relational tool developed by adrienne maree brown to address conflict within social movements through a lens of humanization and abolition. Rooted in Black feminist traditions, the model seeks to break patterns of punitive, state-like behavior in interpersonal relationships by creating intimate spaces where people can face one another as humans.
